Mix 24g (3 tablespoons) of Protein Bake Mix with 30ml (2 tablespoons) of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or water.

Pour the batter into the centre of the pan and spread to your desired thickness.

Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
