Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order at any time, provided it has not yet been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Hlfonlinestore.co.uk offers free shipping on all orders over £89 within UK via express courier (2-3 working days). All deliveries are fully insured and can be tracked online.

Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal

All stated prices include relevant taxes. There is no minimum order value. Herbalife customers are protected not only by the statutory Right of Withdrawal (as per Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005) but also by the exclusive Herbalife "Satisfaction Guarantee".

1) Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by providing notice via email to info@hlfonlinestore.co.uk within 10 days of placing the order.

Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, hlfonlinestore.co.uk will refund all amounts paid in relation to the order within 30 days. If the products have already been delivered, the consumer exercising their right of withdrawal must return the goods to Herbalife at their own expense within 10 working days of receipt. A fundamental condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the returned goods must be essentially intact and in their original condition.

2) Herbalife "Satisfaction Guarantee"

Herbalife S.p.A. guarantees the quality of all products bearing the Herbalife name and certifies that they meet the highest quality standards. Herbalife S.p.A. is confident that every consumer will be fully satisfied with their purchase.

However, if for any reason a consumer is not completely satisfied with one or more products, they have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, the representative will offer the consumer—within 30 days of receiving the returned goods—either a voucher for the purchase of a new Herbalife product equal to the price of the returned item or a full refund of the purchase price.
